ODP is a Dublin based Design & Building Consultancy established by Donegal born siblings Patrick O’Donnell & Leanne O’Donnell.
Patrick has previously worked for some of Ireland’s largest building surveying practices. With previous experience in property and facilities management, he has a wealth of experience across all building types and market sectors.
Leanne has worked with some of Dublin’s leading architectural practices having her work published in magazines such as HouseandHome magazine and shortlisted for awards such as Fit Out Awards-Project of the Year-Residential and Building & Architect of the year Awards-House Extension Refurbishment.
The year 2020 needs no introduction, Patrick & Leanne saw this as an opportunity to adapt their working lives and focus on the aspects of their careers they are passionate about. Combining their skills and experiences they have developed a partnership which delivers a comprehensive range of design and building consultancy services for all types of commercial & residential property.
ODP is a registered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI).
